Product Manager

FloraCraft Corporation, the worldwide leader in the fabrication of floral and crafting products, has an opening for an experienced, Product Manager.  This position is responsible for assisting in increasing sales revenue through the development and management of a growing product mix; gaining market share from key competitors; and driving resources to develop product for seasonal presentations, basic planogram resets and floral customer solutions.

Qualifications:

∙ 5-7 years’ related experience in marketing and product development
∙ Experience working on import products form inception through manufacturing
∙ Excellent technical and specification writing skills
∙ Intermediate level or above in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Adobe Creative Suite
∙ CAD experience/knowledge a plus
∙ Bachelor’s degree with relevant course major in Marketing and/or Product Management and a minimum of 5-7 years or more of related experience in marketing and product development; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Product Development Administrator

FloraCraft Corporation, the worldwide leader in the fabrication of floral and crafting products, is a growing company and has a new opening in Product Development for a Product Development Administrator.  This position will offer general administrative support, with a focus on product development, to the Director of Marketing and Product Development.  Duties include:

∙ Tracking and logging shipments of product evaluation samples
∙ Assisting with maintaining project ID log used to track various projects and setting up and maintaining project files
∙ Drafting of various levels of documentation
∙ Assisting with photography for Product Development documentation
∙ Cataloging, labeling, storing and maintaining of project samples
∙ Managing Product Development documentation in PLEX, including supplier portal
∙ Maintaining and distributing meeting notes for Marketing and Operations meetings

Requirements:

∙ Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from two or four-year college or technical school; or minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
∙ Experience in project coordination and tracking
∙ Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
∙ Strong communication skills mandatory
∙ Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
∙ Photography skills a plus
∙ Knowledge of and experience in PLEX software a plus
