Immediate opening for an experienced mechanical/maintenance person. Responsibilities include preventative and ongoing maintenance and repair of various pieces of equipment, while maintaining safe, efficient and environmentally responsible conditions. Areas of required experience include, but are not limited to, mechanical drives, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding and piping.
Additional job requirements include:
-High school diploma or GED
-Journeyman level of industrial maintenance experience in a mechanical craft
-Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as needed
-Proficiency with computers
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders and stairs

This newly-created position will be responsible for leading the strategic development and maintenance of all consumer packaging, including brand standards, graphic design, print quality and consistency, and compliance to government regulations and changing requirements.
∙ Packaging Design Management: Manage the packaging design of all products, domestic and import, from concept to final printing or finished packaged goods, meeting FloraCraft’s
Design standards and expectations. Solid understanding of the competitive marketplace and the retail environment. Able to understand and communicate government regulations and
requirements to vendors. Must be detail-oriented. Maintain and update current packaging as operational, customer or government needs and standards change.
∙ Sales Support: Collaborate with sales force to develop in-depth product communications and tools to support the Sales efforts at customer meetings and trade shows. Standardize key
information for consistency in message and product specifications.
∙ Sales Training: Develop, with product managers, sales force training and materials targeted at translating product features and benefits into customer value.
∙ Trade Shows: Manage all aspects of the Trade Show experience including the design of the space, booth structure, graphics, support materials and company events during the show.
∙ A graphic design background or experience managing creative staff and/or suppliers is beneficial to this position.
∙ Knowledge of print processes and print quality management.
∙ Plan-o-gram knowledge or experience or a good understanding of the consumer retail environment is beneficial.
∙ Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∙ Ability to write clear RFP specifications for project quotes.
∙ Some project management experience: team player who can work in collaboration with internal and external resources
∙ Trade show booth design and event planning experience
∙ Self-motivated and likes working in an entrepreneurial environment with tight schedules
∙ Capable of handling multiple projects from concept through completion
∙ Creative background or interests a plus
∙ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with emphasis on Graphic Design or Design-related course study.
∙ Minimum 3-5 years of Marketing experience
∙ Software: Microsoft 365 Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
