Dinosaur Birthday Decor

Instructions

1. Cut three balls in half. Arrange the full and half balls in the order needed to spell “Happy Birthday.” Insert toothpicks into the balls to use as handles while painting. Paint the balls in colors that coordinate with the cupcake liners, then let them dry completely. 
2. Press each full ball firmly onto a hard surface to create a flat spot so it won’t roll. 
3. Use the knife to cut a small slit in the top of each ball, then glue the Happy Birthday letters from the banner into the slits. Set the full balls inside the cupcake liners, then arrange them for display.
