- Cut gold paper for crowns and brown paper for hair and the king’s beard; cut slits for hair strands. Cut pink paper for the queen’s dress and fringe.
- For the castle, cut a 9” length for the tallest tower and various lengths for shorter towers. Glue them side by side with the shorter ones at the front.
- Mix white and black paint for dark and light grey. Paint the castle or use colors of your choice.
- Use construction paper for windows, doors, and cone roofs.
- For the unicorn, cut a 4” length for the body and two 2” lengths for legs. Cut pieces for neck and head. Cut thin slices and secure all the pieces with glue.
- Paint the unicorn white and allow it to dry. Then, paint the hooves and nose tip silver.
- Make a horn from paper cone, paint it silver, then let dry. Glue on rainbow yarn as a mane and tail. Lastly, draw the eyes with a marker.
