Instructions
- Using a ruler as your guide, draw out the three triangles onto the foam sheet. Carefully cut out the triangles using a hand saw. Use the leftover scraps of foam as sanding blocks to sand the edges of the triangles smooth.
- Lay down a drop cloth to protect your workspace. Paint each of the triangles a different shade of green and allow it to dry completely. Once dry, randomly wrap twine around each triangle, letting the color peak through.
- Use the hand saw to cut two lengths of dowel to use as tree stems. Glue each dowel vertically onto the center of a wooden base. Insert the top of each dowel into the bottom of the two of the foam trees and secure with glue. The third tree will sit directly on its own wooden base – simply glue the base to the bottom of the triangle.
- Glue a daisy to the bottom corner of each tree. Then glue in small amounts of dusty miller, green berries and greenery to fill in around the daisy.
