Glitter Anchor Décor

Instructions

1. Lay down the drop cloth and paint one side including the edges of the anchor blue.   
2. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle with blue glitter. As the paint dries, it will secure the glitter in its place.  Let it dry completely.  Then turn the anchor over and repeat glitter on the other side. 
3. Glue the length of rope around the top of the anchor.
