Supplies

  • FloraCraft® CraftFōM®
    • (12) Red Hearts ½" x 3”
  • Pink Polka Dot Cotton Fabric

Tools

  • Low-Temp Glue Gun
  • Scissors
  • Sharpened Pencil

Instructions

  1. Use a sharpened pencil to poke two holes in each heart. Make the holes about ¾” in from each side at the widest point near the top of the heart.
  2. Cut small slits about ½” apart along one edge of the fabric. Tear the fabric at each slit to make ½” ribbons of fabric.  This will create ribbons with frayed edges.  If you don’t like the look of the frayed edges, you can just use ½” satin ribbon instead.
  3. Cut lengths of ribbon to tie the hearts together. Thread them through the holes in the hearts to connect them, spacing the hearts evenly to form a garland.
  4. Cut lengths of ribbon and tie into small bows.  Glue one bow to each of the hearts for a sweet finishing touch.
