FloraCraft® Inducts Wall of Fame Class of 2022
FloraCraft® is pleased to announce the 2022 FloraCraft Wall of Fame Honoree. The FloraCraft “Wall of Fame” is dedicated to recognizing and honoring individuals who have contributed to the organization’s success and have played an essential role in the FloraCraft Mission: “We honor our FloraCraft heritage by providing excellence in products and supply chain to our customers. We Make it Fun! for our employees and consumers.”
The 2022 Wall of Fame Honoree is Fran Keson. Fran began her career in August of 1973 as a packaging machine operator for CustomFoam Crafts. Her dedication, work ethic, and attitude were observed and realized early on. Fran became a Packaging Line Leader within a couple of years, however, Fran’s exceptional skills with organization and planning continued to create opportunities for her to grow in leadership as CustomFoam Crafts became FloraCraft.
Within a few years, she became the entire Packaging Department supervisor for both day and evening shifts for 45 years, ending in January 2019. Fran’s packaging department was a critical component for the evolving success of the business, as the importance of packaging for the craft product lines became a crucial element of the rapidly growing retail business. She contributed to the successful relationship of all associates at the company, working together for the common goal of providing an efficient and safe working environment in the plant.
Lee Schoenherr, owner and chairman of the board, said, “Fran epitomizes the type of associate that has been important to the success of our company, and we are proud to honor her as a member of the FloraCraft Wall of Fame.”
