FloraCraft® has announced the late Manuel Padron as the 2025 FloraCraft Wall of Fame Honoree. The FloraCraft Wall of Fame recognizes and honors individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the company’s success and who exemplify its mission and values.

Padron is being recognized posthumously for his dedication and service spanning more than 37 years.

“Our FloraCraft family is proud to honor Manuel’s legacy of excellence,” said Mike Smith, vice president of operations. “He was known for his reliability, outstanding attendance and strong work ethic.

“Manuel’s steady leadership in extrusion fabrication helped shape our operations and culture for decades. We are grateful for his contributions and honored to celebrate his memory through the Wall of Fame.”

Padron began his career with FloraCraft in 1977 and spent his tenure working in extrusion fabrication. He exemplified commitment to quality and teamwork. Throughout his career, he earned multiple perfect attendance recognitions, achieving an impressive nine consecutive years without absence.

In 2002, Padron was named FloraCraft’s Employee of the Month in recognition of his exceptional performance, dependability and positive attitude. He retired in 2014 after nearly four decades of dedicated service. Colleagues remember him as a reliable teammate whose quiet dedication and consistency inspired others across the company.
