Birthday Gift Tumbler Mug

Instructions

1. Attach gifts and snacks to dowels with double-sided tape or glue dots. 
2. Place the foam insert in the tumbler and position the dowels at different heights. 
3. Add cake topper to the front; tie a tulle bow, glue it to a dowel, and place it in front. Cover any exposed foam with extra tulle.
