Deco Mesh Wreath

Instructions

1. Cover your work area with a drop cloth. Spray-paint the candlesticks white and let them dry completely. 
2. Cut fabric pieces to wrap each cone snugly, then glue them in place. Trim excess fabric at the top and bottom edges with scissors. 
3. Cut the ribbon to length and glue it around the bottom edge of each cone for trim. 
4. Tie small bows and glue one to the top of each cone.
