Dino Tail Party Décor

Instructions

1. Paint the cone bright blue and let it dry completely.

2. Use the pencil to draw the scale shape for the tail onto the foam sheet. Draw six larger spikes for the wider part of the tail. Draw four slightly smaller spikes for the center of the tail. Draw four small spikes for the tip of the tail. Glue the spikes side-by-side in a line up the tail.

3. Glue the blue and green pompoms alternating colors on either side of each spike along the tail.
